We at Alpha tool have upgraded our inspection and reverse engineering department to include a 6ft Faro Edge Inspection arm, with laser line probe scanning capabilities. This tool is critical for reverse engineering free flowing mold geometry, machined part designs and can hold single point probing accuracies of .0005 and scanning accuracies of .0014.
Combined with polyworks premium, we can supply our customers with full, in depth inspection reports and even color overlays to give them the most accurate and complete inspection reports as possible.
